By Road
By road, from Perth in the south of Scotland, follow the A9 trunk road. This route runs all the way to Inverness and beyond. We are located about 14 miles north of Aviemore.
This is a truly stunning journey passing alongside and through some of the most breath-taking, spectacular scenery you will wish to find in Scotland.
By Coach
Scottish Citylink operate a regular service from Glasgow, alighting at Aviemore, Cairngorm Hotel (North) and Aviemore, Police station lay-by (South).
As their timetable differs from summer to winter and weekday to weekend it is advisable to contact Scottish Citylink direct for details of journeys and times.
By Rail
Aviemore Rail Station, (home to Strathspey Railway) is approximately 14 miles south of Tulach Ard and serves as our nearest Train Station. Guests can either catch a bus or order a taxi from directly outside the station.
Aviemore Station is served by Scotrail and LNER, however not, all services stop at Aviemore. Inverness Rail Station can also be used when visiting Tulach Ard.
By Air
Our nearest airport, Inverness Airport, is located just 20 minutes drive from Tulach Ard. We advise all guests to check the website in relation to car parking for drop off and pick up.
Guests are expected to make their own to and from the Airport, with Tulach Ard located a mere 33 mile drive from Inverness Airport.
