Our roads in and out of Grantown on Spey have been the main artery for the North East 250 Route; the routes to Ballater, Braemar and Deeside which take all via historical ‘The Snow Road’ one of the very first roads into our Scottish Highlands. Grantown on Spey provides access onto The North Coast 500 Route and West Coast Islands and our northern Highlands which are quite amazing! Our family roots are on The Isle of Skye.

Tulach Ard House is available for self catering bookings all year around, and is an ideal location for those wishing to explore our Scottish Heritage, Speyside for our wonderful Whisky and Fishing on the River Spey as well and great Golf at a number of courses with the area. Here a Tulach Ard, we offer free parking for all our guests, for the whole duration of their stay. Depending on occupancy, parking can be found at the front or rear of Tulach Ard.
All our rooms come with guest ensuite facilities including bath and/or shower in all of our rooms.
Open plan, with full oak flooring. A Biomass woodburning stove for that "open fire" feel after a long day walking and having fun. Double patio doors lead to our outside decking. Our guests are welcome to sit and enjoy our garden as late afternoon / evening sun is gorgeous.
A laundry room with washing machine and drier is provided on the upper floor for guest use.
We are situated within the Cairngorm National Park so visitors can expect some stunning scenery and so our guests will have some of most amazing views that the Highlands has to offer.
