No visit to Inverness, or indeed the Scottish Highlands, is complete without a trip hunting for Nessie, the famous, fictitious sea-monster of Loch Ness. Located 15 miles south of Inverness why not board one of the Jacobite Cruises, and take a leisurely cruise around the Loch.

Urquhart Castle (with more than 1,000 years of stirring history centred on the Great Glen) over looks the Loch, and makes for the perfect photograph.

One for the kids - Young or Old! A great day out with fun, discovery and lots of adventures for the whole family at Landmark Park.  The park is situated at the south end of the village of Carrbridge - 7 miles from Aviemore and just 10 miles from our Guest Accommodation here in Grantown-on-Spey.

Open all year around (under normal circumstances), the park has a lot to offer including Family Rides, Nature Treks, our Tarzan Trail and Gift Shop, and on-site dining.
